Marcus W. Viles, Esq.
Marcus W. Viles was born in Port Arthur, Texas in 1959. He graduated from Frostburg State University in Maryland and obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Mercer University in Georgia.
Mr. Viles is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction earned by only approximately 1% of all attorneys in the State of Florida.
He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985 and the Texas Bar in 2002. He is a Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and is a member of various other legal associations.
As a highly skilled Fort Myers personal injury attorney, Mr. Viles represents injured persons and consumers in civil trials and legal actions for negligence, products liability, nursing home neglect and in class actions in cases in Florida, Texas, and throughout the United States of America.
Michael Beckman, Esq.
Michael Lewis Beckman is a partner with Viles and Beckman, LLC. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1993, and his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1997.
Mr. Beckman's area of practice concentrates on protecting the rights of injured accident and prescription drug defect victims. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Beckman litigates in Florida and throughout the country.
Mr. Beckman has successfully tried numerous cases at trial. He has obtained some of the largest judgments in the state of Florida of 35 and 40 million dollars.
Mr. Beckman is an active member in the community. Currently, he sits on the Church Council at Christ Lutheran Church. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Lee County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Dari Spence, Esq.
Attorney Dari Spence is the latest addition to the Viles and Beckman legal team. She will be focused on issues of importance to current and former military personnel, including foreclosure, creditor harassment, Veterans Administration claims, and much more.
Attorney Spence is a decorated combat veteran who has served in combat units in Iraq, so she understands the unique challenges faced by those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
