On April 25, 2008 a Class 1 recall was issued on all Digitek tablets. A whole batch of Digitek tablets were believed to contain twice the approved level of digoxin, which poses a risk of digitalis toxicity in patients with renal failure.


What are the symptoms of Digitalis Toxicity?

The most common symptoms of Digitalis toxicity are; nausea, vomiting, dizziness, low blood pressure, cardiac instability, bradycardia and even death.
