Viles & Beckman, LLC “Nominate Someone You’re Thankful For” Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. By entering this contest, you agree and understand that your information will be shared with the contest sponsor, Viles & Beckman, LLC, but will not be sold or shared with any other third parties.
Eligibility
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only one nomination per person is permitted during the contest period.
How to Enter
Submit one entry via the official online nomination form provided by Viles & Beckman, LLC between November 11, 2025, and November 21, 2025. Entries submitted outside of the contest period will not be considered.
Participants may nominate someone they are thankful for—whether it’s a friend, family member, co-worker, or community hero—by sharing their story through the form.
Prize
Five (5) Winners consisting of a $100 grocery gift card will be awarded to the individuals nominated in the winning entries.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be allowed except at the discretion of Viles & Beckman, LLC, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Odds
The winner will be selected by a panel from Viles & Beckman, LLC based on the heartfelt and inspiring nature of the nomination.
The winner will be announced on or near November 24, 2025, on Viles & Beckman’s official social media pages and website.
The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize. If required by law, the winner will receive a 1099-MISC tax form for the value of the prize.
Release & Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner and the individual who submitted the nomination agree to release and hold harmless Viles & Beckman, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the prize.
The winner and nominator also grant permission for Viles & Beckman, LLC to use their names, likenesses, photographs, and submitted stories for promotional purposes without additional compensation or consent, unless prohibited by law.
Technical Issues
Viles & Beckman, LLC is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telecommunications failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the contest.
Disqualification
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, cheat, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unintelligible will be void.
Alternate Winner
If the selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements or does not claim the prize within five (5) business days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining qualified entries. This process may be repeated until a qualified winner is confirmed.
Property of Entries
All entries become the property of Viles & Beckman, LLC and will not be returned.
Previous Winners
Any individual who has won a contest sponsored by Viles & Beckman, LLC with a prize value of $500 or more within the past 365 days is not eligible to win.
Employees
Employees of Viles & Beckman, LLC, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of competing personal injury law firms are also ineligible.
Contest Period
Entries will be accepted only from November 11, 2025, through November 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
Compliance Statement
This contest is a good faith effort by Viles & Beckman, LLC to comply with all applicable federal and state laws. It is conducted in accordance with the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) contest rules set forth in 47 C.F.R. §73.1216.
Governing Law
This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lee County, Florida.
