Marcus W. Viles, Esq.
Marcus W. Viles was born in Port Arthur, Texas in 1959. He graduated from Frostburg State University in Maryland and obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Mercer University in Georgia.
Mr. Viles is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction earned by only approximately 1% of all attorneys in the State of Florida.
He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985 and the Texas Bar in 2002. He is a Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and is a member of various other legal associations.

Michael Beckman, Esq.
Michael Lewis Beckman is a partner with Viles & Beckman, LLC. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1993, and his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1997.
Mr. Beckman's area of practice concentrates on protecting the rights of injured accident and prescription drug defect victims. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Beckman litigates in Florida and throughout the country.
Mr. Beckman has successfully tried numerous cases at trial. He has obtained some of the largest judgments in the state of Florida of 35 and 40 million dollars.
Mr. Beckman is an active member in the community. Currently, he sits on the Church Council at Christ Lutheran Church. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Lee County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Robert Geltner, Esq.
Robert Geltner was born in Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics with Honors and Distinction and his Graduate degree, Doctor of Law.
Mr. Geltner represents injured persons and consumers in civil actions for negligence, products liability, premises liability, first party insurance claims (hurricane, fire, windstorm, property damage, uninsured motorist, personal injury protection, etc.) and in class actions and is our Workers' Compensation claimant's attorney. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, Washington, D.C. and before the U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Courts in Illinois and Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator.
Mr. Geltner is a military veteran having served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force for 5 years of active duty and 16 years reserve duty as a Judge Advocate (JAG) where he represented military personnel and their dependents and the Air Force in claims related to aircraft accidents, medical malpractice and other legal claims. He prosecuted and defended criminal matters, developed a preventive law program, and, served as Combat Support Group Mobility Officer.
Mark Menser, Esq.
Mark Menser was born on July 4, 1950 in Middletown, Connecticut and lived in Old Saybrook, Connecticut until 1957 when his family moved to Plantation, Florida. Mr. Menser was a Regent's Scholar and attended Florida Atlantic University where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science in 1972. Mr. Menser received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1977 (Charter Class).
Mr. Menser handles in house appellate and constitutional litigation for the firm. With extensive experience in the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court and all of Florida's District Courts of Appeal. Mr. Menser joined Viles & Beckman, LLC in February, 2000, and handles appellate and research projects for the firm.
Mr. Menser worked for the Florida Attorney General's Office from 1981 until February 2000. During that period, Mr. Menser was selected as one of the original five attorneys designated to handle all death penalty appellate litigation on behalf of the State of Florida.
Mr. Menser has been awarded an "AV" rating from the pretigious Martindale-Hubbell organization (their highest rating for legal ability and ethics).
