Every year, the Game Changers Summit awards stand-out Crisp Coach members whose intense coaching has transformed their law firms. The awards made available through the two-day Summit recognize the hard work and dedication that it takes to stay on the cutting edge of community impact, firm culture, visionary leadership, and client experience.
The 2025 Crisp Game Changer Awards once again saw Jessica and Michael Mogill share these prestigious awards with the Game Changer Summit attendees. Thanks to the dedicated support of Crisp Coaches, Viles & Beckman received the award for Excellence in Client Experience.
The Fort Myers personal injury lawyers with Viles & Beckman could not be prouder to receive this award. Viles & Beckman takes pride in making the legal process not only accessible but a bastion for clients in need of support in and out of the civil courtroom. We look forward to continuing to lead the way in client experience in the years to come.

Meet the Dream Team With Viles & Beckman
The journey that has led Michael Beckman and Kayla Grayson to offer such exceptional legal service through Viles & Beckman doesn’t have a concrete beginning. Instead, the team forged its passions in courtrooms and classrooms, learning lessons in other industries that have since contributed to Viles & Beckman’s legal rise.
Beckman completed his undergrad at the University of South Florida before a conversation with a family friend gave him access to a career that would challenge him while letting him help people in need. Grayson served in the Navy Reserve as a Chief Petty Officer for 19 years and uses that military leadership to continue driving the team forward.
However, the team’s greatest ally came in the form of Marcus Viles. Viles brought a comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals to the team, covering the gaps left by Beckman and Grayson’s previous careers. Viles found Crisp in 2018 and began encouraging the changes that would allow the firm to begin its game-changing transformation.
Who Is Marcus Viles?
Viles passed away in 2023, but his legacy lives on in the work that Grayson and Beckman do every day.
“One of the things Marcus said often was, ‘I have no idea why they [Crisp] let us in this room,’” says Kayla in a Game Changer Summit interview. “But he’d say, ‘One day we’re going to be the top Crisp law firm.’ It was always a dream of his.”
It was Viles’ partnership with Beckman, along with his commitment to challenging industry standards and day-to-day operations, that laid the foundation for Viles & Beckman as it exists today. Beckman and Grayson continue to celebrate Viles’ legacy in their commitment to their firm, the Crisp community, and every client who comes to their door.
What Does Viles & Beckman Bring to Client Experiences?
Before Beckman and Grayson started to work with Crisp Coach, the legal work that went into operating a personal injury law firm made it difficult for them to prioritize clients’ experiences. It wasn’t until Grayson attended a Crisp workshop centering workplace culture that Viles & Beckman started to transform.
The workshop stepped away from the “feel-good” parts of workplace culture and instead emphasized the importance of a culture of accountability. “I came back from that workshop, and Michael and I sat down and kind of figured out, ‘How do we build a culture of accountability?’” says Grayson. “‘How do we build a culture that is focused on impact?’”
Working with Crisp Coach allowed Viles & Beckman to establish a clearer mission and set of values for the firm. Today, the legal team can provide a “Ritz-Carlton type of service to its clients,” in Beckman’s words. “Our team is focused on impact. We want to successfully change the lives of our clients and employees in a meaningful and positive way.”
About Viles & Beckman
Viles & Beckman began offering legal support to clients in 1995. Today, the experienced legal team leverages over 40 years of combined experience to improve the lives of its clients. The firm’s attorneys speak Spanish, Russian, and Creole, ensuring that they can serve a diverse array of clients in need of support in and out of the courtroom.
The team’s five-star approach to personal injury law sees them consistently get results that put their clients’ needs first. It’s the Crisp community, however, that Beckman says has had such a transformative impact on the firm.
“Being a part of the Crisp community has helped me take both my personal and professional life to the next level,” Michael says. “Having a Crisp Coach help me map out the path to success has helped me become the leader, partner, and attorney that I always knew I was capable of becoming.”
What’s Next for Viles & Beckman?
When Viles & Beckman committed themselves to work with the Crisp community, they set themselves up for what Grayson calls their “best year yet.” Receiving the Crisp Game Changer Award for Excellence in Client Experience goes to show that the firm’s dedication has proven results.
“That doesn’t mean that we’re done in any means,” Grayson says, “but it means that we’re on the right track.”
