Official Rules and Regulations Viles & Beckman, LLC Summer Family Fun Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. By entering this contest, you agree and understand that your information will be shared with the contest sponsor (Viles & Beckman, LLC) but will not be sold or shared with any other third parties.
2. Eligibility: Contestants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only one entry per person is permitted during the contest period.
3. How to Enter: Submit one nomination via the official online entry form at vilesandbeckman.com/summerfun/ between July 11, 2025, and July 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Tell us why a local family deserves a day of fun, connection, and adventure. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
4. Prize: One (1) winning family will receive four (4) general admission tickets to the Naples Zoo. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be allowed except at the discretion of Viles & Beckman, LLC, which reserves the right to substitute for a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Odds: The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Viles & Beckman, LLC on or around July 22, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
6. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize.
7. Release & Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Viles & Beckman, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with the prize. The winner also grants Viles & Beckman, LLC the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and story for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent, unless prohibited by law.
8. Technical Issues: Viles & Beckman, LLC is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telecommunications failures of any kind, or for failed, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user’s ability to participate.
9. Disqualification: Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may result in disqualification. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unintelligible entries will be void.
10. Alternate Winner: If the selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements or cannot be reached within five (5) business days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
11. Property of Entries: All entries become the property of Viles & Beckman, LLC and will not be returned.
12. Previous Winners: Any individual who has won a prize valued at $500 or more from Viles & Beckman, LLC within the past 365 days is not eligible to win.
13. Employees: Employees of Viles & Beckman, LLC, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of competing personal injury law firms are also ineligible.
14. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted only from July 11, 2025, through July 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
15. Compliance Statement: This contest is a good faith effort by Viles & Beckman, LLC to comply with all applicable federal and state laws. It is conducted in accordance with the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) contest rules set forth in 47 C.F.R. §73.1216.
16. Governing Law: This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lee County, Florida.
